AI Gay Porn Video Prompt Tips: A 3D Artist's Guide to Animating Twinks

This is a guest post from backstage, a 3D digital artist and one of the creators behind some of the most popular AI videos on the site. Everything below is his, learned the hard way.

I’m a 3D digital artist. Here are a bunch of animation tips I’ve learned along the way.

Actions, Not Items

When you animate, restrict your prompts to mostly only kinetic and camera actions. Don’t describe items, just actions. AI uses “action-reaction” physics. If you start describing items while in the animation phase, this could confuse the AI. For example, if you instruct the AI to “grab the large pink dildo on the nightstand,” there is a strong chance the AI might hallucinate a dildo or make one appear as required.

Just say, “he grabs the dildo.”

Be aware this also causes items to vanish and reappear elsewhere. Once the action is finished, the AI will either put the item back, spawn it back in its original location, or it will simply vanish. The trick is to continue to give the AI instructions long enough for the whole scene. Remember: 7 seconds is longer than you think. The only time you need to mention an item in the picture is if the AI needs a nudge.

In my locker room videos you might have noticed I like to use grease paint under the athletes’ eyes. In the animation, the AI thinks this is half-moon glasses. So now, at the start of every animation where grease paint is involved, I have to state that “the twink is wearing grease paint on his cheeks.”

Choose Your Words Carefully

Don’t say “dirty” if you mean “grungy” or “sweat-stained.” If you say “dirty,” the AI will think muddy.

Don’t say “Daddy is teaching the twink a lesson.” Otherwise the AI will literally show a daddy teaching a school lesson. Avoid slang and abstract concepts.

Be Consistent

When referring to your subjects, be consistent. Don’t name them. “Twink 1” and “twink 2” is too abstract. But make sure you are always identifying them with the same indicators:

  • “The tattooed dude in the red hat.”
  • “The blond twink in the blue hat.”

Time

Text-to-video models don’t have a built-in timeline. They don’t know what happened two seconds ago, so they cannot copy that motion and repeat it.

Words like “suddenly” mean nothing to the AI, and “they start to fuck faster and faster” won’t work.

Also don’t use measurements. Terms like “8 inch dick” are meaningless to AI. Use in-frame references instead: “His dick hung halfway down his thigh,” or “His dick reached past his belly button.” But this can often lead to information overload, so it is best to just say “large.”

Undressing

When you are animating a twink dropping his trousers, you need to describe in detail the thing that wasn’t already there at the start.

You can’t just say “he dropped his pants, exposing his large flaccid dick.” You’d think that would be enough information, but it isn’t. You’ll just get a blob where his dick should be. You need to be very descriptive.

Say: “He undresses. He pulls down his pants until his large limp penis flops out. His plump cock is a thing of beauty. His penis is veiny. His pubes are trimmed and curly. His penis droops down between his thighs. The tip of his uncircumcised dick protrudes out of his tight foreskin. His balls hang low behind his cock. He has saggy testicles.”

Be patient. The AI will interpret this with WIDE discretion. Remember what I said: “large” is a meaningless word to AI. So sometimes you’ll get an impressive render of a cock you’d be proud of, and other times you’ll get an anaconda 2 meters long.

Movement

AI doesn’t calculate math or 3D compass headings. Don’t say things like “he turned clockwise.” Instructions like “pivot” require tracking a fixed coordinate.

Just say “he turns to his left,” or “he walks off the right of frame.”

Cumming

Cum is often rendered using liquid physics and ends up looking like water or milk. To correct this, make sure to say things like:

  • “The twink ejaculates, spurting globs of thick gooey cum from his exposed tip.”
  • “The cum sticks to his face, dripping.”
  • “Cum dribbles down his fingers like hot wax.”
  • “He licks the cum off his fingers like it were warm icing sugar.”
  • “The cum squirted across his torso like lotion.”

Fucking

The default for fucking animations is tame. You will probably need to be more specific.

Phrases such as “wobbles” aren’t helpful in many cases and just cause the twinks to jiggle.

Be careful when you say “move up and down.” Move up and down relative to what? Maybe that won’t fit your scene. This is what causes many jerk-off animations to look like the twink is operating a joystick instead of masturbating. In most cases, just say “he masturbates.”

Try: “Their hips move apart and then he rams his dick back in. Their asses collide. Their hips slap together with every thrust from behind.”

Pro Tip

It helps greatly to remind the AI during fucking scenes that “his cock is stiff,” otherwise there is a high chance it’ll just mash and bend. I now remind the AI in every fucking and sucking scene that dicks are stiff.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do objects vanish or teleport in my AI videos?

AI video models use action-reaction physics with no object permanence. Once an action involving a prop finishes, the model will put the item back, respawn it somewhere else, or just delete it. Keep giving it instructions for the full length of the clip so it always has something to do with the prop.

Why does cum look like water or milk in AI videos?

The model falls back on generic liquid physics, so it renders thin and watery. Describe the texture and how it behaves instead: thick, gooey, globs, sticks to skin, dribbles like hot wax.

Why do dicks bend or mash during AI sex scenes?

The model doesn’t know a hard dick is rigid, so during fast motion it treats it like soft geometry. Remind it in every fucking and sucking prompt that “his cock is stiff.”

Why doesn’t “faster and faster” work in AI video prompts?

Text-to-video models have no timeline or memory of what happened two seconds ago, so they can’t build on previous motion. Describe the exact motion you want directly instead of describing a change in speed.
