Hi @twinkyboy101! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the videos. Which browser and device are you using? For example, are you using Firefox on a Mac computer? If possible, try using a different browser. We switched the video player a few days ago, so the issue shouldn't be related to that, since you said it started a few weeks ago.

Im on IOS have used both chrome and safari neither seem to work

Using Chrome I have not had this glitch.

I have tested videos on both IPhone and IPad running the latest IOS version 18.5 using Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Brave, Duck Duck Go Browsers and videos are playing fine without any issue in all browsers. Maybe suggest updating your device to the latest IOS version of 18.5 might fix any issues you are having. If your device doesn’t support IOS 18.5 then it’s possible you may have to use an alternative device. Hope this helps x

I tried it on an iPhone today, too. I will continue testing, but please try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps.

What version of the iPhone are you using?
