Thanks for raising this. I get the frustration. The toplist is competitive, and seeing familiar names up there month after month can feel discouraging.
That said, I don't think removing moderators is the right fix. Being a mod isn't an advantage in the rankings, and taking them out would basically be punishing people for volunteering their time. What mods do have is a lot of hours on the site, which means they've picked up a good sense of what works and what doesn't. Most of them would happily share tips if you reach out.
And it really is possible for anyone to climb. The biggest factor is paying attention to what members actually want to watch right now. Twink & daddy, and femboy content is very much in demand at the moment as an example. Good videos in those categories, with clear and searchable titles, will pull far more views than uploads in the quieter categories. Some people would rather upload what they personally enjoy, and that's completely valid too. It just comes down to whether you're chasing the toplist or uploading for yourself.
So no filtering from our side, but the door is open if you want pointers on getting more eyes on your content. 🙏
