Easy Read: What You Need to Know

Adults only, in every sense: You must be 18 or older, and every person you depict must clearly be an adult. No exceptions, no gray areas.
Explicit is fine: The generator exists for explicit adult content between consenting adults. You will never be penalized for a prompt just because it is pornographic or kinky.
Four hard limits: Nothing that could depict a minor, no real people, no sexual content with animals, and no rape or suffering presented as real.
Attempts count: Prompts are screened, and sometimes automatically adjusted, before anything is generated. Trying to generate prohibited content is itself a violation, even when the attempt is blocked.
Blocked prompts cost nothing: If a prompt is blocked, your credits are refunded automatically.
Repeat attempts have consequences: Blocked attempts are logged. Repeated attempts can lead to losing generator access or your account.

Full Generator Terms

These Generator Terms govern your use of the Twink Generator, including image generation, image editing, and video generation ("the Generator"). They supplement the site-wide Terms & Conditions, which also apply. By submitting a prompt or otherwise using the Generator, you agree to these Generator Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Generator.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Generator. By using it, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that your use of the Generator complies with all laws applicable to you.

2. What the Generator Is For

The Generator creates fictional, AI-generated adult content. Explicit sexual content depicting consenting adults is allowed and expected. You will never be penalized for a prompt merely because it is pornographic, explicit, fetishistic, or kinky.

3. Prohibited Content

The following categories are strictly prohibited, in prompts and in generated output, whether photorealistic or stylized. We apply a zero-tolerance standard to category (a).

(a) Minors. Any depiction of a person under 18, or any person who could reasonably be mistaken for someone under 18, in any context. This includes stated or implied ages under 18 in any language or spelling, childlike physical characteristics, and settings or framings that present a depicted person as a child. We evaluate prompts in context and deliberately do not publish exact boundaries, so do not probe for them. Prompt attempts in this category are treated as violations regardless of what image would have resulted, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where the law requires or permits it.
(b) Real people. Sexual depictions of identifiable real individuals, living or deceased, including celebrities, influencers, and private persons, whether identified by name, likeness, or unambiguous description. Naming your fictional characters is fine. Depicting a real person is not.
(c) Animals. Sexual activity involving real animals. Clearly fictional anthropomorphic adult characters are allowed.
(d) Non-consent and real suffering. Rape, coercion, drugged or unconscious subjects, and torture or abuse presented as real, including visible injuries or genuine distress of a depicted participant without consensual framing. Consensual roleplay and BDSM between adults, including rough scenes framed with enjoyment, is allowed.

4. Screening, Attempts, and Enforcement

Every prompt is screened by automated systems, including AI moderation, before any content is generated. Screening may also adjust a prompt before generation, for example by rewriting wording so it complies with these terms and our content standards, and the adjusted version is the one used for, and stored with, the generated content. Attempting to generate prohibited content, or to circumvent the screening, is itself a violation of these terms even when the attempt is blocked. Blocked attempts are logged together with the submitting account.

Violations may result in, depending on severity and repetition: removal of content, loss of access to the Generator, suspension or termination of your account, and, for content involving minors, a report to the relevant authorities. Credits spent on a blocked generation are refunded automatically.

5. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and for your use of the content you generate. You warrant that your prompts and your use of generated content do not violate these terms, the site-wide Terms & Conditions, or any applicable law, including publicity and privacy rights of others.

6. Generated Content

Generated content is fictional and synthetic. Any resemblance to real persons is unintended and coincidental. Content you generate is subject to the content and licensing provisions of the site-wide Terms & Conditions. Content you make public may be visible to other users and may be removed by moderators at any time.

7. Moderation Decisions and Appeals

Automated screening errs on the side of caution and can occasionally block a legitimate prompt. If you believe a prompt was blocked or content was removed unfairly, you can contact us for review. Moderators consider context and intent.

8. Changes

We may update these Generator Terms as the law, our tooling, or the Generator itself evolves. Continued use of the Generator after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
